Spring, 1975, Los Angeles. Jake hopes his new job at Dyno Oil will fix his life, replacing the danger and stress of Naval Aviation with security and stability as an auditor for a large oil company.
But Jake's old CIA "frenemy," Fred, pushes him into a mire of corporate fraud, drug smuggling, and child sex trafficking.
