Lynette Tucker has always been a writer at heart. From an early age she has had a love of words. In second grade, she developed a love of poetry, and in high school, pursued creative writing classes. As an adult, writing had to take backseat to the busyness of life. But now, she has returned to one of her first loves. Several of her poems and short stories have been published through the Diamond Valley Writers Guild’s online literary magazine, and she has multiple writing contest wins. She is an active member of Diamond Valley Writers Guild, the Society of Children’s Book Writers & Illustrators and the Northwest Christian Writers Association.
